11. Black Desert
Korean RPGs are all the rage these days, and Black Desert is one of the progenitors of that trend. The game has been in development for some time now, but what we’ve seen so far looks very promising. The game takes place in high fantasy setting, based on the conflict between two nations, Republic of Calpheon and the Kingdom of Valencia. The game has beautiful vistas and a comprehensive set of combat mechanics and skill set. We’ll see if they can pull it all off when it releases next year.
