Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater
Konami pitch MGS3’s upcoming remake as “a faithful recreation of the original story” with only its gameplay evolving beyond the 2004 original. However, with gameplay so intrinsically linked to narrative the question here is how can the story remain totally unchanged? Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater has perhaps the least convoluted narrative of MGS’s mainline entries, so there’s scope at least to adjust the story to suit Delta’s evolved gameplay, assuming evolved in this case means more than adding crouch walking.
