Lack of Unique Endings
While we’re at it with the endings, they just didn’t really come across as all that intriguing. Whether Sarah dies, the Lone Wanderer dies, the purifier explodes or whatnot, there’s just a bright light that emerges from the Jefferson Memorial. You then get a slideshow of sorts showcasing your actions. Broken Steel improved this slightly by adding more choice (while also revealing if you helped or harmed the region). Regardless, it all felt inconsequential.
