First-person horror title ILL received a new trailer, showcasing some very detailed environments and Cronenberg creatures. While it hasn’t received a release date, it’s making good on its use of Unreal Engine 5 to deliver stunning atmospherics, detailed lighting, and yes, some very detailed gore.
