Kingdom Hearts 3: ReMind – Yozora
“Hey, that Yozora character in Verum Rex looks a lot like Noctis from Final Fantasy 15,” you probably thought while playing Kingdom Hearts 3. It’s no coincidence, seeing that director Tetsuya Nomura worked on the former when it was still known as Final Fantasy Versus 13. Yozora was hinted at in the base game’s secret ending movie but the ReMind DLC took things several steps further. Sora faced Yozora in battle and whether he wins or loses, the latter wakes up in a very familiar location. It’s the car from that one Final Fantasy Versus 13 trailer, shot for shot, just with Yozora in place of Noctis. Oh Nomura!
