Joel’s Death – The Last of Us Part 2
You can say a lot about whether Joel deserved what was coming to him or not and whether he should have died like he did. Nevertheless, it was still heart-breaking to see him beaten so brutally, made only worse when Ellie walked in and was unable to help. Though it wouldn’t be the last time we’d see Joel in the story – thanks to flashbacks and whatnot – the fact that there wouldn’t be any new memories is still tough to process.
