Escape From Tarkov
An extraction shooter means having limited space and thinking carefully about what to take into the battlefield. That applies to medical supplies and provisions because of the sheer range of injuries that affect different body parts.
An injured stomach means additional damage taken all over and increased energy loss and dehydration, while fractured arms mean searching containers, reloading and drawing weapons, and using items is slower. Then there are all the temporary statuses, from light bleeding causing small blood loss to tremors resulting in screen shake if any pain is left untreated for 45 seconds. It’s a lot, but also adds to the realism.
