Super Smash Bros. Creator Works With IV Drip
Japan is known for its work ethic but Super Smash Bros. creator Masahiro Sakurai took things to a ludicrous new level. At one point during development, the man suffered symptoms attributed to food poisoning. Rather than check into a hospital, Sakurai revealed earlier this year that he got an IV drip and just went to work “like normal.” Considering all the controversy over crunch in development, Sakurai’s statement caused fans to say, unequivocally, to just go the hospital, gosh darn it.
