Similar to Survive the Nights and Dead Matter, Miscreated hopes to bring a tense, multiplayer sandbox to a market apparently craving them. Managing the finer points to Miscreated is pointedly easier than Day Z, making it easy to figure out the systems and what you have to do to stay fed, hydrated and alive. Also in early access, it’s another spin on the open world zombies that’s shaping up very well.
