GRAND THEFT AUTO: VICE CITY
Of course, there’s a lot of GTA games that have exceeded in those crucial ways, another one being the one that came right before San Andreas- Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Vice City itself is probably the best setting in a GTA game ever. There was just something about its Miami-inspired vibe that made it so great to simply exist in. It helped, of course, that Vice City also told a great story with its fair share of twists and turns and memorable missions. Best of all, messing about in the city and going on violent rampages was endlessly enjoyable.
