The Tony Hawk franchise had a tight hold over the games industry for the longest time, and consistently delivered one excellent game after another for a good while before tapering off. 2001’s Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 was, in many ways, the franchise at its very best, and ended up delivering a game that many consider to be one of the best games ever made. Skating around and performing all kinds of tricks in excellently designed environments to the tunes of Tony Hawk 3’s unforgettable soundtrack remains as compelling and addictive as it was twenty year ago.
