Titanfall 2 suffered a rough launch on account of it being sandwiched between other big games of 2016, but that doesn’t detract from the fact that it’s a wonderful game through and through. The single-player campaign is easily the biggest highlight of the experience, which not only features likable characters like BT 7274 but also creative levels like Effect and Cause which make for a constantly thrilling ride. Of course, the multiplayer modes are also pretty fun with interesting progression that would make you want to keep coming back for more. It’s a sad state of affairs that EA has largely abandoned the franchise, but it was fun while it lasted.
