The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
You could nitpick the bugs but at the end of the day, CD Projekt RED’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is remembered for all the things it got right. Its world is brimming with depth and interesting side quests, some featuring incredible writing and plot pacing. Geralt’s quest to find Ciri while combating the Wild Hunt takes us on a journey that spans Novigrad, Velen’s No Man’s Land, Skellige and more. Even if the combat was a bit lackluster, the game is worth playing for its characterization and writing.
