Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain
Konami has promised that we’ll get more Metal Gear content at E3 and it couldn’t come at a better time for the company. After reporting halved profits for the financial year and the negativity against Ground Zeroes’ length serving to deflate it, Konami needs a good, long epic Metal Gear Solid for fans to sink their teeth into. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will continue director Hideo Kojima’s fascination with war crimes and depravity surrounding POWs but it will finally reveal to us the story of how Big Boss became the enemy of the world. That alone makes any new gameplay footage worth looking forward to.
