Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor
One can’t talk of Monolith’s Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor without mentioning the sheer number of games it rips off. But the Nemesis system, along with promises of demonstrating Mordor’s ecosystem, looks interesting enough to warrant a closer look. The test for Shadow of Mordor at E3 will be whether Monolith can show what more there is to the game aside from the various systems and mechanics on a small scale. Will we see giant Lord of the Rings style battles and skirmishes? Will Bilbo or Gandalf make an appearance? At the very least, can we have an appearance by Sauron? There are many ways that Monolith could ruin the game and hopefully, E3 will be the time to cease our worrying before the game’s release in October.
