Secret of Mana may finally be getting that long-awaited remake but CrossCode offers the same style of gameplay in a fun 2D sprite-based world. Centered on Lea, a Spheromancer who enters the MMO CrossWorlds, you have to focus on regaining your memories and speech. The action is top-down, hack and slash with a large variety of side quests and awesome characters to meet. CrossCode is currently in Early Access but is en route to releasing in 2018.
