What could be better than playing Half-Life but in a graphically updated form with new gameplay? That’s Black Mesa in a nutshell and it’s been a dream project since the Crowbar Collective released it on Steam Early Access. The problem is that development has been fairly slow in completing the game – we’re still waiting on the penultimate Xen portions of the game. Regardless, for some of the best story-telling and FPS action out there, Black Mesa is top-notch.
