19. Protagonist that don’t speak
The one character that immediately comes to mind is Half Life’s Gordon Freeman. More recently Arkane Studios depicted Corvo as a bad ass killer who can’t speak. I am not really sure how I feel about the main lead not uttering a word but one thing is for sure. It makes the supporting cast look like they are stupid, talking to a bloke who does not speak. Expect a lot of heroes on the PS4 and Xbox One who won’t utter a word except the ‘oohs’ and the ‘aahs’ when they are being shot at.
