16. Sharing
People were using FRAPS and several expensive capture devices to share their best gaming moments but with next gen consoles this feature has now evolved into something better. Sharing is a trend that will continue to be a huge deal for the Xbox One and PS4 as both support gameplay recording and uploading. Sony’s next-gen console is always recording the most recent 15 minutes of gameplay that at anytime players can share it by hitting the Share button on the controller, which brings up the sharing menu. The Xbox however is always recording the most recent five minutes of gameplay, but it has a shortcut to get the last 30 seconds without having to stop gameplay. Both consoles offer a wide variety of sharing options and it will be a while before anyone is declared a winner.
