There will be a wave of services that will continue to hit the PS4 and Xbox One in the coming months, services that many people will find useful and some which are mandatory. Regardless, even if you didn’t want the Games With Gold program or Gaikai, you’ll still need Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus respectively to take advantage of some of the best and most innovative features to arrive for consoles in the coming months. Heck, you need a subscription to either to even access multiplayer, though free to play games are exempt from this rule. Expect more offers from both sides in the coming months in an attempt to lure you to the dark side of awesome discounts.
