New Modes Revealed for Ultra Street Fighter IV

Somehow, it's good value for money.

For anybody who’s keeping track, Ultra Street Fighter IV is the fifth retail release of Street Fighter IV (the original vanilla game, Super Street Fighter IV, Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition, Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition, Ultra Street Fighter IV). Of course, at least Capcom is trying to keep it worthwhile.

In addition to the new, finely-tuned rebalanced gameplay, Ultra Street Fighter IV will give players the opportunity to practice online with their fellow fighters in an Online Training ModeAdditionally, Team Battle Mode will bring 3v3 matches online where players can team up with their favorite world warriors to battle it out for online supremacy.

All of this will be in conjunction with a massive 44 character roster, and six new stages to fight on. Ultra Street Fighter IV incorporates fan feedback on all the original 39 characters included in Arcade Edition to be more re-balanced.

If you already own Arcade Edition, you can upgrade to Ultra for just $15; if you choose to purchase Ultra as your entry point, you get all the previously released content across all the previous versions of the game included in the package. So at least Capcom is trying to make the game good value for money. Even if it is the fifth time they have released it.
