After the recent Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes boot camp at Nasu, many new details have been revealed about the so-called prologue from Kojima Productions.

Hobby Consoles, a Spanish gaming publication, had some new information from the same boot camp. With regards to health regeneration, it will only recover a slight portion, with the majority of your health needing a healing spray for full treatment. The iDroid app was also discussed and it will allow you to view places where other players have been detected on the map. In terms of gameplay length, there’s about 8-10 hours of play time though apparently, Kojima Productions’ best player managed to spend +100 hours trying to discover everything.

The visuals have also been described as “simply spectacular”, especially the facial animation. You’ll see footprints left in the mud, which guards can use to spot you, and sentries will have better field of vision, random routes for patrolling and search lights to make the game tougher for you.

Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes releases on March 18th for North America and March 20th for Europe on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4. Stay tune for more details as we approach launch.
