Deep Silver will be revisiting the Saints Row franchise with Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell and for the first time, players will assume the role of Johnny Gat as he traverses to Hell to shoot Satan in the face and rescue the leader of the Saints.
In the meantime, a new behind the scenes video has been released which introduces the voice acting cast, which includes Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Gat, and Natalie Lander who controls Kinzie Kensington. A co-op mechanic will allow the second player to take control of Kinzie on the journey to Hell. Dee Bradley Baker will voice various demons in the game while Matt Mercer is Blackbeard. Don’t ask – we really don’t know.
Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell releases on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 as a standalone expansion on January 20th in North America and January 23rd in Europe. It will also release on the Xbox One and PS4 as part of Saints Row IV: Re-Elected which includes the original game and all previously released DLC.
