Dress Your Palico As Sonic With This New (Free) Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate DLC

Gotta hunt fast.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate gets new and free DLC every month. It’s usually nothing too substantial, but it does make for some fun additions to an already incredible game. For instance, take this month’s DLC. It lets you dress up your palico (the anthropomorphic feline who accompanies you on quests and hunts) as Sonic.

That’s not the only thing that it offers, however- if you log into the game’s servers, the DLC will treat you to fourteen quests, new armor, weapon and other items as well as extra bosses. So actually, I take back what i said earlier, that is pretty substantial.

As for your palico, this isn’t the only fun costume that has been made available in the game- previous bonus content for the game allowed you to dress him up as either Mario or Luigi. Personally, seeing a cat dressed up as Luigi would strike great fear into me, no matter how much of a hulking monster I was, so that’s what I keep my palico decked up in.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate released exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in February, and was an immediate commercial success. It deserves it too, since the game is damn awesome.
