While there have been a number of problems popping up in the Star Wars: Battlefront beta, there are few people who could claim the beta itself wasn’t plenty popular. Earlier this week, EA announced that there were more than nine million people who joined this testing phase. We can only hope that many people testing out the game will lead to those problems being fixed before the game finally launches.

It appears Electronic Arts and DICE wanted to make sure one of the problems that didn’t pop up during this beta was a lack of ability to actually get online. At one point, the companies actually made more PC servers available, apparently because they were noticing how quickly the number of people playing was going up and up and up.

In the official release, the company made it clear they were plenty happy they were able to get the nearly 10 million people online during the beta period. That many people certainly seems to hint at a great deal of interest in the game, which is now just a little over a month away. “And like Han Solo at the end of A New Hope, we’re glad you showed up. Even more importantly than just showing up, you’ve been spending a lot of time playing, having a great time and leaving us some invaluable feedback, as we continue to tune and balance the game until launch” The company said. Star Wars: Battlefront officially launches for the PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 17, 2015.
