To celebrate the launch of Running Back, a new Adversary Mode in Grand Theft Auto Online, Rockstar Games will be having a double RP and GTA$ weekend for the same on PS4, Xbox One and PC. This special playlist will feature all three versions of the mode and you’ll be able to access this through the Thanksgiving Playlist as well.
The event started on November 26th, Thanksgiving Day and will continue until November 29th, Sunday. Other modes which feature double RP and GTA$ include Come Out to Play, Siege Mentality, Hunting Pack, Slasher and Running Back. Players will also be able to benefit from a 40 percent discount on apartments and a 25 percent discount on all vehicles.
If you haven’t played Running Back yet, it’s well worth a try – it’s 4 vs. 4 competitive mode wherein one team tries to escort their “Runner” across the end goal on the opposing side. Meanwhile, the opposing side will attempt to stop them. The Runner has a Benefactor Panto, making it a prime target, but all other players are armed with Biftas. Pandemonium occurs fairly often.
