Tom Clancy’s The Division has wrapped up maintenance today, fixing a couple of issues and introducing Challenging mode for the Clear Sky Incursion. Players can also take solace in the fact that the infinite loading issue with the Incursion can be fixed by switching difficulties, though this will also reset the Incursion. A permanent fix will be introduced in update 1.3.

Challenging mode will feature the same mechanics as Hard Mode but level 34 Elite enemies aka yellow bar foes. You’ll need to create defined roles for the group but the rewards – including guaranteed 240 Gear Score items – should be worth it. “Should” is used in a sarcastic sense here.

The developer also outlined some of the changes coming in update 1.3 including an increase to stash size (no exact number on how much) and special bonuses for weapons like LMGs as part of weapon balancing. This should hopefully make other weapons aside from SMGs and Marksman Rifles more appealing to players.

We’ll also be getting our first look at the Underground DLC at E3 2016 so stay tuned.
