The Division Update 1.6.1 Issues Not Being Ignored, Currently Under Investigation

Limited resources prevented immediate feedback to players.

Tom Clancy’s The Division recently received its newest update, that is update 1.6.1 which added Loadouts and other changes to the game. However, as is usually the case, it’s had its fair share of bugs despite a pretty lengthy time on Public Test Server.

Players felt that Ubisoft Massive was ignoring the various issues from update 1.6.1 but community developer Yannick Banchereau issued a statement to let players know they weren’t being ignored.

“Just wanted to take the time to come here and let you know that you while we are indeed in a bit of a tough spot this week in terms of communication resources available, you are not being ignored and the issues are being forwarded and investigated. This week is just an unfortunate accumulation that puts stress on the community team: A new update coming out on the very week where we are hosting an ETF and one of our CMs transitions to a new position makes it hard for us to provide clear visibility to you guys.

“With the limited resources available, at the moment we are prioritizing the gathering of all bugs that are being reported and making sure they are being forwarded to the devs, even if that means we spend a little less time giving feedback to you guys. Apologies for the lack of reactivity, but be sure that we are fully aware of your feedback on the new issues that came with this update.”

Expect some fixes later today, especially for the Incendiary Ammo bug, and stay tuned for more information.
