Shadow of the Tomb Raider

A teaser site for Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Square-Enix’s finale to the Lara Croft trilogy, launched yesterday with a full reveal promised today. The funny thing is that the name isn’t mentioned on the site – we know it thanks to the efforts of crafty people of Nibellion on Twitter. The release date will also be on September 14th. But that’s not all.

The actual teaser has now been leaked courtesy of Mik Hdn on Facebook. It’s off-screen footage from a theater but Lara Croft, her trusty bow and arrow and what seems to be a Mayan or Aztec setting can be discerned. In the end, the release date is reiterated while platforms like Xbox One, PS4, PC and Steam are confirmed. Check it out below.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider has been rumoured for a while now, especially thanks to leaks from photos taken from a developer’s laptop in a subway some time ago. Could we see actual gameplay at E3 2018? Stay tuned for more information.
