The beta for Bethesda’s Fallout 76 is still ongoing, with the developer announcing the final two dates for players to access it. On November 6th, the beta will be available from 1 PM to 3 PM EST. While that’s pretty short, the beta on November 8th will last from 2 PM to 8 PM EST. Once again, all progress will carry over into the full game, so do as you please.
Fallout 76’s beta hasn’t been without some bumps. The Xbox One beta was criticized for its performance issues while the PC beta was plagued by an issue with the Bethesda Launcher that deleted the game’s files. Even now, some fans are concerned about the overall structure and gameplay, never mind the performance issues that still need to be ironed out.
Bethesda has promised that support for the game will be “never-ending” (or as long as people keep playing it). Microtransactions will help fuel free updates and content drops, so hopefully, the game itself will be improved over time. Fallout 76 releases for Xbox One, PS4, and PC on November 14th.
