Tango Gameworks weren’t the only Bethesda studio to announce a new IP at Bethesda’s E3 presser with GhostWire: TokyoArkane Studios, creators of the Dishonored franchise and the 2017 Prey reboot, also took to the stage to speak of what they’ve been working on too. That game is Deathloop, a completely new IP- something else that got prematurely leaked.

Deathloop is a first person action title that sees a clash between “extraordinary assassins”. In the words of the developers, it combines a “mind-bending story” with slick action. Most importantly, Arkane Studios also confirmed that the game would feature the trademark level design and gameplay style that the developer is known for, allowing players the freedom to tackle objectives and missions as they see fit within the game’s framework.

An announcement trailer was shown off, of course, and though there isn’t any gameplay in there, it does give you a good idea of the aesthetic of the title. Take a look below.

No release date (or window) or release platforms were announced for Deathloop.
