Last year’s God of War proved to be a hugely successful reinvention of the action franchise. Not only one of the top sellers for Sony, it garnered massive critical acclaim. Now, the curtain is going to be pulled back into various aspects of the game’s development in an unexpected way: podcasting.

As officially announced via the official PlayStation blog, Sony Santa Monica is crafting their own limited series podcast. The podcast is called Worlds Collide and will focus on several different things and how they were handled in the game’s development. It’s not specified how many episodes there will be, but the first is called Fitting A Side Quest in Anywhere and focused on how side quests were designed. It features Luis Sanchez (Lead Level Designer), Anthony DiMento (Senior Systems Designer) and Adam Dolin (Narrative Designer).

God of War is available now exclusively on PlayStation 4. The first episode of Worlds Collide is live across all major podcast platforms.
