343 Industries has announced that Halo 3 will be coming to PC on July 14th. It will be available for Steam and the Microsoft Store as part of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. To celebrate the release date, check out the newest trailer below, which encourages you to “finish the fight”.

The tagline comes from this being the conclusion to the original trilogy. Master Chief teams up with the Arbiter to ultimately end the water between humanity and the Covenant. The Flood are also waiting in the wings, causing havoc. Like previous titles in The Master Chief Collection, Halo 3 has seen numerous optimizations for PC.

Along with support for 60 fps (and higher), you can play at 4K resolution. Ultrawide support, field of view customization, support for mouse and keyboard controls (which can be customized) and much more are included. All of the classic gameplay features like the original 24 multiplayer maps, Forge and Theater, and more have also made the jump. Stay tuned for more details when the title launches next week.
