Monster Hunter Rise - Apex Rathalos

As leaked earlier today, Monster Hunter Rise will see the addition of Kushala Daora, Teostra and Apex Diablos in Version 2.0 Update. They will join Apex Rathalos and Chameleos along with some new quests, weapons and armor along with the option to hunt Apex Monsters in regular quests. Check out the newest trailer and gameplay below.

New event quests will be coming after the title update launches with some providing gestures and stickers as rewards. The Hunter Rank cap is also being unlocked and upon earning enough HR Points, players can take on single-player only quests, Advanced Rampage quests (where Magnamalo can appear) and more. Layered Armor can also be forged, adding a transmog-like option to the game.

If that weren’t enough, players can purchase Character Edit Vouchers to change their appearance (with the first one being free). Voice options to let your hunter sound like Fugen or Minoto are also coming along with new layered, armor, gestures, stickers and hairstyles that can be purchased via DLC. Version 2.0 Update launches tomorrow so stay tuned for more details when it goes live.
