Techland has announced that update 1.3.0 for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, which adds New Game Plus along with other new content, will go live on April 27th. It allows for carrying over progress from a previous playthrough and tackling new challenges, including 30 new Inhibitors to further upgrade health and stamina. Beware though because enemies will scale to Aiden’s level.

On top of this, there are special encounters indicated by golden marks which have special enemies. There’s also a new quest, “Something Big Has Been Here”, which has new enemies sporting new attacks. Complete these tough encounters and you’ll receive Legendary weapons. Those interested in parkour challenges can also pursue Platinum Medals.

Update 1.3.0 will also provide bug fixes for co-op issues and some death loops along with an FOV slider for Xbox Series X/S and PS5. It’s slated to release on Nintendo Switch later this year.
