Ubisoft has announced the fourth Crisis Event for Rainbow Six Extraction. Titled “After Effect”, the Crisis Event is currently live, and will be available until November 17. Check out the trailer for After Effect below.

The new Crisis Event involves Operators having to search for the Parasite Nucleus, carry it and use its power, or escort and protect its carrier against enemies. The Parasite Nucleus gives Operators the Death Marker ability, which allows their squad mates to instantly destroy marked enemies.

The Operator tasked with carrying the Parasite Nucleus will start suffering from impaired vision. Over time, the exposure levels will rise, culminating in the Operator having reduced speed and mobility. Enemies will also focus their offense on the carrier of the Parasite Nucleus.

The After Effect Crisis Event is bringing the Protean Finka enemy to the game, along with the new Repulsion Harness REACT tech, new headgear, uniform, charm, weapon skins, Crisis Studies, and themed charms.

Rainbow Six Extraction is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
