Square Enix recently confirmed that it would showcasing new gameplay for its upcoming open world action RPG Forspoken soon, while at the same time, PlayStation accidentally let slip that a demo of the game would be launching as well. Both those things are now here in an official capacity.
At The Game Awards, we got another look at Forspoken, with an explosive new trailer showing off the fantastical world of Athia and revealing more tidbits about its story, while plenty of flashy glimpses of its explosive combat and slick traversal mechanics are also shown. Check out the trailer below.
A demo of Forspoken is also now available on the PlayStation Store for players to check out and dip their toes into to get a taste of what the action RPG will have on offer when it launches in full. The game’s due out exclusively for the PS5 on January 24, 2023.
