Diablo 4 Server Slam

Blizzard Entertainment teased a big announcement for its Diablo 4 Developer Update livestream and finally confirmed it to be a Server Slam. It takes place from May 12th to 14th and will be accessible to players on all platforms for free. The objective is to stress-test the servers and “slam” them as much as possible to ensure that things are smooth on day one.

The changes made from the previous open beta also apply, so you can try out the buffs to Barbarian and Druid. Another incentive is earning rewards from the beta, including the Beta Wolf Pack and Titles. Ashava, the World Boss, will also spawn at 9 AM PDT on May 13th and every three hours after that.

Those who slay Ashava with a level 20 character can get the Cry of Ashava Mount Trophy. Don’t try to walk in under level 20 and try to fight it, you won’t get the Trophy. Of course, any progress from the previous beta won’t carry over to the Server Slam, nor will progress from the latter carry over to the full game.

Diablo 4 is slated to launch on June 6th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC.
