Honkai: Star Rail’s next big update – Version 2.2, “Then Wake to Weep” – goes live on May 8th for all platforms. It concludes the Penacony storyline as players face off against The Great Septimus of The Family. Check out the trailer below (though beware of spoilers).
There are new Dreamscapes, including Dreamflux Reef, alongside new activities like Festivity Auditions and Clockie’s Dreamjoy Memoir. Two new 5-star characters join the roster – Robin in the first half and Boothill in the second. The former follows the Path of the Harmony and deals Physical damage. The latter also specializes in Physical damage as part of The Hunt (and the Galaxy Rangers).
Other 5-star characters like Topaz/Numby and Fu Xuan will also be available for a limited time. Players can also look forward to new 4-star Light Cones (including a viable option for Acheron players). Interestingly, Robin is getting an album with her song, “If I Can Stop One Heart From Breaking.” There’s even a trailer with impressions from in-game characters and real people (including Jake Miller, singer of “White Night”).
