BioWare’s Dragon Age: The Veilguard will receive an extensive gameplay reveal on June 11th at 8 AM PST. Until then, the developer posted a 24-second sneak peek on Twitter, following a screenshot of the same. Check it out below.
The clip sees Rook and Varric arriving at Minrathous, the seedy capital of the Tevinter Imperium. They’re searching for Neve Gallus, a detective Varric claims is the best he’s ever met. Chasing a lead on Solas, the infamous Dread Wolf, the duo will encounter some danger.
From the massive floating structure in the sky to the distant thunder and rain effects, Minrathous looks stunning. Various NPCs are also nearby, each carrying on with their own business. Whether players can interact with them remains to be seen.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard launches in Fall 2024 for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. Check out the initial reveal trailer, highlighting all the companions the player can recruit, and stay tuned for further details.
