As BioWare gets ready for its big gameplay showcase for recently-unveiled RPG Dragon Age: The Veilguard, the studio has now begun teasing content from the game. Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), BioWare has posted a new screenshot from Dragon Age: The Veilguard, showing off a new area.
The studio itself refers to the screenshot as a sneak peak, and confirms that the image shows Minrathous, the capital city of the Tevinter Imperium, a key location in the continent of Thedas that players will be exploring in The Veilguard. The screenshot clearly shows what looks like a party of player characters gazing at the magical castles and other structures in the horizon. According to BioWare, the zone shown in the screenshot will be a part of the gameplay showcase of Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard was unveiled over the weekend with a trailer. The reveal trailer primarily focused on a group of heroes that will e a major part of the game’s story, dubbed the Veilguard. Among the details revealed about the game is the fact that players will have access to two companions during battles, similar to Mass Effect.
The game is slated for release on PC, PS5. and Xbox Series X/S, and will be coming out this Fall.
Even a broken world can be beautiful – welcome to Minrathous.
