Nintendo has released a new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, delving into the Still World. When a mysterious corruption overtakes Hyrule, its objects and inhabitants (including the King of Hyrule) seemingly fall into the void. With Tri’s powers, Zelda can find and jump into Rifts to explore the Still World, where they exist.

“Exist” is a nice way to put it because despite floating around petrified, everything in the Still World will vanish. Zelda must thus navigate the floating terrain, using Echoes to create platforms. She’ll also discover massive dungeons teeming with enemies, puzzles, and bosses.

The Suthorn Ruins, for instance, has an imposing rock golem for a boss. How players deal with the threat is up to them, whether it’s summoning multiple snake Echoes or other unique tactics. If things get too hairy, Zelda can summon an Echo to distract the boss and sleep on a bed to regain health.

Each Rift houses varying environments and challenges en route to the journey to save the King of Hyrule and Link, so there’s plenty to look forward to. The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom launches on September 26th for Nintendo Switch. Check out the previous trailer here.
