DOOM: The Dark Ages officially lands on May 15th, but those who pre-purchased the Premium Edition can start playing on May 13th. What time? Thankfully, id Software has a global release map and confirmed that pre-loads are live.

Early access begins at 5 PM PDT on May 12th worldwide, which means some areas like London, Frankfurt, Paris, and more can start in the early morning on May 13th. Standard Edition owners can begin at 5 PM PDT on May 14th. Depending on your region, this can mean May 15th.

DOOM: The Dark Ages will be available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. As a prequel to DOOM (2016), it sees the Doom Slayer working with the Night Sentinels in Argent D’Nur to defeat Hell’s forces. While DOOM Eternal focused more on agility, the Slayer in The Dark Ages is more of a tank, using a Shield Saw to parry attacks and slam enemies.
