Marvel Rivals Season 3_02

Season 3.5 is coming soon to NetEase’s Marvel Rivals, and you know what that means – the latest volume of Dev Vision, hosted by creative director Guangyun Chen, aka Guangguang. He reiterates the arrival of Blade, the latest Duelist, and confirms there will be a new map, Throne of Knull, and game mode, Resource Rumble, on August 22nd.

As for Team-Ups, Guardian Revival and Atlas Bond are being removed, while two new additions – Duality Dance and Vibrant Vitality – are being added. The former is specifically aiming for synergy between Luna and Adam Warlock, while the latter is for Loki, Groot, and Mantis.

Existing Team-Ups are also seeing changes. Iron Fist joins Chilling Assault; Star-Lord is part of the Rocket Network (throwing down a translocator for quick escapes); and Blade joins Lunar Force for some cloaking. Meanwhile, Loki is no longer part of Ragnarok Rebirth.

While Guanguang didn’t outline Blade’s entire kit, he confirmed that the Daywalker has a shotgun for mid-to-close range combat (which can reduce healing). His Ultimate seemingly involves drawing the Sword of Dracula and cutting through foes, triggering various residual slashes in his wake.

Marvel Rivals Season 3.5 doesn’t have a date yet, so stay tuned for more details.
