It’s only natural to assume that the developers of the famous Street Fighter series would  put some references in Resident Evil. For example “Arukas” is the name of a store on Flower Street at the start of the game. However when the letters are reversed, they spell “Sakura”. This referenced to Sakura Kasugano, a character in Capcom’s Street Fighter series.
