BioWare’s Anthem made an appearance during CES 2019, with a new trailer offering a brief look at some new enemies and environments. The major highlight of the trailer is how good Anthem looks when paired with Nvidia RTX technology. In fact, it was announced that Nvidia’s DLSS technology would be used in the looter shooter.

Nvidia also confirmed that free copies of Anthem and Battlefield 5 would be supplied when purchasing the upcoming GeForce RTX 2060 or a PC containing the same. The GeForce RTX 2060 will be out on January 15th, and retails for $350, offering a decently priced solution for ray tracing in games.

Anthem will be releasing on February 22nd for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. A VIP Access demo will be going live by January end for EA/Origin Access subscribers and those with pre-orders. Everyone else can try out the demo on February 1st, but those subscribed to Origin Access Premier can play the entire game on February 15th, a full week before its worldwide launch.
