Larian Studios has confirmed that the physical Deluxe Edition of Baldur’s Gate 3, featuring a physical version of the game, has begun shipping for PC pre-orders. The console versions will start between April and May, with “production issues” causing a slight delay.
Further delays for consoles aren’t expected, but the developer will update fans on their status. If you’ve pre-ordered, keep an eye on your email for the same. Also, as confirmed previously, the Xbox Series X/S version contains four physical discs instead of three to accommodate the game.
The Deluxe Edition retails for $79.99 and includes Baldur’s Gate 3, a collectible box inspired by the style of the previous BioWare-developed games, a double-side map of the world, 32 stickers, a Mind Flayer poster, two patches and the OST on three discs. The critically acclaimed RPG has sold “way over” ten million units to date, with official mod support coming later this year. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
