Visceral Games delayed Battlefield: Hardline to properly polish the game and while we won’t see it till early 2015, executive producer Steve Papoutsis was nice enough to provide some new details on Twitter.

Regarding the number of ranks that will be available at launch (with Battlefield 4 going to 100 ranks at launch), Papoutsis said, “We’ve been playing with the exact number, but it’s looking to be 150 at launch.”

Papoutsis also said that the next beta would be “coming to all platforms before launch.”

What about visual recoil on guns, which is meant to make aiming more difficult? “No, there will not be any visual recoil.” Papoutsis also stated that though there wouldn’t be a Rush mode, the team was “bringing back Conquest and TDM, as well as 5 new modes.”

Battlefield: Hardline will be out on PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC so stay tuned for more information in the coming months.
