Treyarch’s multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 began on August 19th for players who had pre-ordered the game. However, with just a few days left to go, Treyarch has decided to open the beta for all and sundry on the PS4.
“Let’s dial this up a notch. The @PlayStation 4 #BO3Beta is now open for all PS4 players. Let’s go!”
The multiplayer beta contains several different game modes and maps with Uplink from Advanced Warfare and Stronghold being added recently. Players have also had a chance to try out the new Specialists and their different abilities along with unlocking kill-streaks, equipment and much more.
The PS4 beta ends on August 23rd so give it a try now while you still can. The Xbox One and PC beta begins on August 26th till 30th. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will meanwhile release on November 6th for current and previous gen platforms.
