Official Xbox Site Hints Xbox One Release Date As 5th November

To launch on November 5th for Xbox One, according to Xbox.com.

COD Ghosts Xbox One
According to a listing on Xbox.com, Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Ghosts is billed to release on November 5th for Xbox One console.

If you didn’t read that right, then that’s because the Xbox One doesn’t have an official launch date. It is being billed as releasing in November. However, right there, on Microsoft’s own site, it states the Call of Duty: Ghosts will be releasing on November 5th for the Xbox One.

Even if this is a bit of a goof-up – the official worldwide release date for Ghosts is also November 5th – it can’t be a mere coincidence given how the Xbox One is coming out in the same month. And what better way for the console to have the jump on the PS4 then having its marquee third person title come to the console before the PlayStation 4 even launches?

Unless the PS4 launches a week after, which would be hilarious. Stay tuned for more details.
